Greg is the Managing Director of Bennett & Bennett, and a qualified Town Planner.  He has 30 years of experience in surveying and planning, and has been with Bennett & Bennett for over 25 years.  Greg has experience in all aspects of surveying from projects ranging from the small to the very large. He specialises in complex titling schemes, subdivision design and preparation and lodgement of all types of development applications both code and impact assessable.

Grant is a Director of Bennett & Bennett and is involved as a project manager, overseeing a diverse range of projects, including land and strata title subdivision, building construction projects, residential and commercial leasing. Grant has over 20 years experience as a Registered Consulting Surveyor.

David is a Partner at Bennett & Bennett and draws on over 25 years involvement in land development, engineering and building projects – large and small in Queensland, NSW, ACT and Victoria.  David manages a broad range of projects and has been a Registered Surveyor (Land) for 18 years.

Barry is a Partner at Bennett & Bennett and manages the Town Planning Services of the company.  He has over 25 years of planning experience within Victoria and Queensland with an extensive knowledge of the Local Government sector having recently been employed at the Gold Coast City and Beaudesert Shire Council’s.  Recent involvement has included managing and overseeing major projects with the SEQ region specialising in material change of use and reconfiguring of lot development applications, providing advice on a wide range of strategic, subdivision and land use related matters, issues and urban design

Angus is a Registered Surveyor (Land) and a Qualified Town Planner with over 30 years experience in the development industry on the Gold Coast. Angus has extensive experience in all facets of surveying and manages a number of projects of varying complexity and type. Angus specialises in providing a complete surveying and town planning service across a broad range of projects. Angus is also a Comissioner for Declarations.

Nicholas Glenn is a Senior Town Planner at Bennett and Bennett with extensive experience in both the private and public development sectors. Nicholas has experience across a broad range of development types and scales, specialising in material change of use and reconfiguring a lot applications and has recently acted as a planning consultant for the Gold Coast City Council.

Chris is a Director of Bennett & Bennett and Registered Surveyor (Land) and has over 20 years experience in the land development industry, ranging from underground tunnel projects to highrise, mixed use residential, commercial and environmentally sensitive rural estates.  Chris’s familiarity with local authorities in the south-east combined with his dual registration status in QLD and NSW ensures that client’s development initiatives are well catered for.

Craig is a Partner at Bennett & Bennett and a Registered Surveyor (Land). Craig has over 10 years experience having worked in both the NSW and Southern QLD land development industries. He has been involved in a variety of areas ranging from complex engineering surveys in Sydney and Brisbane to broad acre rural developments across the Darling Downs region. Craig's understanding of these areas helps him to focus on ensuring clients needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
