Project Surveyor
A competent and motivated project surveyor at either our Gold Coast or Brisbane offices and able to undertake a variety of Land and Engineering Survey tasks including:
- Detail and Contour Surveys
- Building Set-outs for developments ranging from single dwelling homes and small to medium size building unit construction to mixed-use high-rise developments
- Estate project work including lot pegging, control placement and preliminary plan preparation
- Building Lease surveys in office tenancies and shopping Centre tenancies (vide Property Council of Australia Recommendations)
- Identification Surveys
- Land and Community Title subdivisions and volumetric plans for unit and multi-use developments
- Engineering Surveys (Civil set outs, Roads, services, batters, etc) and ‘As Constructed’ surveys
Town Planner
An experienced and enthusiastic Town Planner to support the Planning Services Group of Bennett & Bennett at our Gold Coast and Brisbane offices. The employee will be experienced in the preparation of development applications, development assessment, environmental objectives and relevant legislation.
The employee shall hold tertiary qualifications in Town Planning that are recognised by the PIA and are eligible for corporate membership to the PIA.
The employee will be require to liaise directly with the clients from inception of the project to completion, including preparation of all project costing and accounts for work done.
The employee will be required to seek out further work sources and opportunities for the continued growth of Bennett & Bennett
Survey Drafter
An experienced and motivated Survey Drafter to support the drafting operations of our Brisbane office. The appropriate appointee should have experience as a CAD Drafter, using Autocad or similar.
The appointee will be required to prepare plans for all aspects of the surveying and town planning business, including colour proposals, colour detail survey plans, lease plans, set-out plans, land subdivision plans, volumetric subdivision plans, site analysis plans, slope analysis plans etc with limited supervision.
